Sau khi da heo khô, cho vào chảo dầu nóng và chiên ngập dầu, giống như chiên phồng tôm cho đến khi da heo nở đều và vàng giòn hai mặt là được. Gắp da heo chiên ra giấy thấm dầu. Sau đó, xóc da heo chiên giòn với hỗn hợp muối ớt theo thành phần đã chuẩn bị.
