Một thanh phô mai béo ngậy được bọc lớp bột chiên xù nóng hổi, giòn rụm cùng lớp phô mai bên trong có thể kéo sợi tạo cảm giác ngon miệng cực kì luôn đấy. Với công thức làm phô mai que chiên giòn này, chị em không cần ra hàng quán mua mà vẫn có thể làm tại nhà nha.
Phô mai cắt thành thanhd dài vừa ăn. Chuẩn bị bột nhúng: cho trứng gà vào chén, đánh tan. Âu thứ hai cho 100g bộ mì. Tiếp đó cho bột chiên xù (có thể dùng vụn bánh mì) vào cùng vào trong tô lớn. Với mỗi nguyên liệu, bạn có thể thêm một chút muối, hạt tiêu hay nêm gia vị cho vừa ăn.
Tiếp theo lăn lần lượt thanh phô mai qua tô bột mì, sau đó lăn qua hỗn hợp trứng. Bước cuối cùng là lăn phô mai que qua một lớp bột chiên xù. Làm như vậy đến khi hết nguyên liệu Cho phô mai que vào tủ lạnh cho cứng lại.
Đun nóng chảo dầu đến khi thật sôi lăn tăn, thả lần lượt các que phô mai đã tẩm bột rồi vào chiên đến khi vàng đều tất cả các mặt thì vớt ra cho ráo dầu. Tiếp tục chiên cho đến khi hết phần phô mai que đã chuẩn bị.
