Trẻ con nhà mình rất thích cơm chiên và tương cà. Nếu món ăn được chấm tương cà thì ngon miệng hẳn. Vậy nên mình kết hợp món cơm chiên sốt cà và tạo hình gấu, không tốn nhiều thời gian nhưng con rất vui và ăn được cơm lắm.
Hành tây cắt nhỏ, cho vào chảo đảo đều nhanh tay với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn.
Tiếp theo, cho cơm, 2 muỗng canh tương cà vào, đảo đều đến khi hạt cơm săn và khô lại. Nêm gia vị 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng cà phê nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu cho vừa ăn.
Trứng gà đập ra chén, khuấy đều. Làm nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, chia trứng làm 3 phần. Đổ trứng gà vào, tráng mỏng, chiên chín 2 mặt.
Chia cơm làm 2 phần lớn, 2 phần nhỏ. 1 phần nhỏ làm gối, 1 phần nhỏ làm đầu. 1 phần lớn làm mình, còn 1 phần lớn lại chia thành 6 phần nhỏ để làm tai, tay và chân. Dùng 1 tấm trứng lấy 1 phần cơm nhỏ cho vào, cuộn lại hình chữ nhật làm gối.
Dùng màng bọc thực phẩm cho phần cơm nhỏ vào nắn tròn, đặt nắm cơm tròn này lên gối làm đầu. Cho 1 phần cơm lớn vào nắm hình oval để làm mình gấu, 6 phần nhỏ nắm tròn để làm 2 tai, 2 tay và 2 chân.
Dùng 1 tấm trứng cắt các miếng oval nhỏ để đặt lên tai, tay, chân và miệng, 1 miếng oval lớn để làm bụng. Còn 1 tấm trứng đặt lên mình làm chăn. Cuối cùng cắt rong biển hình tròn làm mắt, mũi, cắt 2 thanh dài làm phần nhấn giữa mũi và miệng.
Món ăn đã hoàn thành. Ăn kèm với các món ăn mặn khác như gà chiên, canh sẽ rất ngon.
